It is with great pleasure that I announce the promotion of Holly Lynch to the position of Senior Vice President, Human Resources reporting to me directly. She will manage all of Human Resources globally working closely with the business and leadership to support and prepare Hologic for our next wave of growth. Holly joined Hologic in April 2008 and has held positions of increasing responsibility throughout HR and most recently as VP, Human Resources. She will play a valuable role taking a fresh look at our people practices and helping to ensure we are well prepared for the new chapter in Hologic’s story.
Holly will be replacing David Brady who has decided to leave to pursue his career outside Hologic. Dave has been with Hologic for 18 years and has seen this company through many exciting and also challenging times. He has helped grow the company infrastructure and our population from a few hundred to almost 6,000. The Facilities team will report to Mark Casey, SVP, Chief Administrative Officer, General Counsel & Secretary.
