Please join us for one, or more of the sessions dedicated to exploring our advanced breast imaging and interventional technologies. These sessions focus on the clinical use of the low-dose GENIUS™ 3D MAMMOGRAPHY™ exam in breast cancer screening and diagnostic exams (available on the Hologic Selenia® Dimensions® system with C-View™ software). Performance in various breast densities as well as the use of computed assessment will also be discussed (Quantra™ software). The lecture will be followed by hands-on experience reading breast tomosynthesis images in combination with 2D images. The program will provide a certificate of completion for 1.5 hours that may be used towards the FDA mandated training for tomosynthesis for Hologic Systems. The sessions are limited to 20 attendees, and are intended for radiologists interested in learning more about tomosynthesis for screening and diagnosis. Sunday, November 29th – Wednesday, December 2nd Daily at 10:15 am - 1:45 am and 2:15 pm - 3:45 pm (No 10:15 am session on Tuesday, Dec1st) These sessions begin with a brief lecture providing an overview of the technology, including comparison of tomosynthesis to stereotactic guided biopsy, followed by a demonstration of the Hologic 3D™ breast biopsy procedure using the Selenia® Dimensions®, Affirm™ and Eviva® systems. The sessions are limited to 10 attendees, and are intended for radiologists and general surgeons interested in learning more about tomosythensis for interventional breast procedures. Sunday, November 29th – Wednesday, December 2nd Daily at 12:00 pm - 12:50 pm and 4:00 pm - 4:50 pm (No noon session on Tuesday, Dec 1st and 4:00 pm session on Wednesday, Dec 2nd) These lectures focus on clinical applications of Contrast Enhanced 2D (CE2D) Mammography (Hologic I-View™ CE2D software available on the Selenia® Dimensions® system) such as examination of suspicious areas' functional characteristics, triaging, breast cancer staging and treatment monitoring. The focus will be the lecturer's case review, basic principles highlight, indications, imaging protocols and procedure; including combining CE2D with breast tomosynthesis to gain co-registered morphological insight. The sessions are limited to 30 attendees, and are intended for radiologists interested in learning more about using Hologic's I-View™ software for Contrast-Enhanced 2D imaging in their clinical practice. Sunday, November 29th – Wednesday, December 2nd Daily at 1:10 pm - 2:00 pm In addition to the live programs, Hologic is also offering a self-guided program to allow radiologists to participate in an online Hologic 3D MAMMOGRAPHY™ interactive virtual training. Each session takes approximately 2 hours to complete. The sessions will include a lecture by a leading breast radiologist and an interactive case review module. This program will provide participants with a certificate of completion for 2.0 hours that may be used towards the FDA mandated training for tomosynthesis for Hologic Systems. The self-guided trainings are limited to 6 participants, and are intended for radiologists interested in learning more about Hologic's 3D MAMMOGRAPHY™ exam for screening and diagnosis. Sunday, November 29th – Wednesday, December 2nd Daily at 10:30 am - 12:30 pm, 12:45 pm to 2:45 pm and 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm (No morning session on Tuesday, Dec 1st and 3:00 pm session on Wednesday, Dec 2nd) Sessions are not accredited for CME, and pre-registration is highly recommended as space is limited.
