Hologic Mentor Program
 
One of the benchmarks of a high performing organization is mentoring. We are excited
to announce that we are launching a new Mentoring Pilot program for employees at our Bedford, Campus Drive and Simarano campuses. We will send an announcement on Monday to employees, but we wanted to provide information to our leaders first so you can be a proponent of the program and encourage your employees to participate and offer to be a mentor yourself. 

Mentoring relationships provide a number of benefits, including opportunities for networking, professional growth and career development and increasing your coaching or leadership skills, as well as gaining exposure to diverse perspectives and experiences, styles and personalities of your colleagues.
   
Here's what you should know about
the program:
 
The pilot program will run from Friday, March 15 through Friday, June 14.
There will be a total of 10 mentoring relationships during the pilot program.
All qualified, potential mentors who complete the Mentor Qualification Survey will be included in an e-book that the protégés will use to select a mentor.
Protégés will select a mentor between Wednesday, Feb. 27 and Wednesday, March 13.
If you are selected as a mentor or protégé, you will need to attend a Preparation Workshop on Monday, March 4. Details will be provided at a later date.
For your convenience, we have attached two documents that will provide you with additional details about what it means to be a protégé and a mentor as well as some frequently asked questions about the program.

If you would like to be a mentor in this pilot,
complete the Mentor Qualification Survey to provide information on your qualifications as a mentor. This information will be used to help protégés in the pilot select an appropriate mentor.

If you would like to be a protégé in this pilot,
create a summary of what you would like to gain from a mentoring relationship and list the goal(s) you would like to focus on with your mentor. Send your summary to Steven.Cardoso@Hologic.com.
