The Women's Leadership Initiative is pleased to announce we will be hosting our Individual Contributor's Conference, May 14th - 16th in Bedford, MA.
This conference is designed to provide relevant tools and build skills that can be applied immediately in their current role.Those invited to participate in the summit will have the opportunity to:

Better understand themselves and how they interact with others. |

Learn to influence meaningful outcomes in the workplace. |

Create and effectively communicate their personal career plan. |

Participate in panel discussions with Hologic women leaders |
Registration will open on April 1st. We encourage you to reach out to your employees who meet the criteria and encourage them to take advantage of this opportunity.
One of the primary goals of the Women's Leadership Initiative is to develop and strengthen leadership and business skills so that women will be prepared to take on more challenging roles and responsibilities across the organization.

Selection Criteria
All applicants must have manager approval, a solid, strong, or exceptional performance rating, and have worked at Hologic for at least 12 months.
Application Process
We are looking forward to hosting 80 participants from many different departments at all of our U.S. and Canadian sites. Since space is limited, slots will be allocated by function and location to help ensure that we get fair representation across the company. A link to the registration page will be included in the invite.
Event Details
Confirmed participants should arrive in the evening of Monday, May 13th and schedule their return no earlier than 7pm on Thursday, May 16th.
All travel expenses for this conference are the responsibility of the individual's business unit.

About the Women's Leadership Initiative
At Hologic, we recognize the importance of providing opportunities for growth and development, as well as a positive work environment where all of our associates can grow. Through our Women’s Leadership Initiative, we strive to demonstrate to our women associates that we are invested in them, in their careers and in their future.
Since 2009, the goal of the WLI Initiative has been to foster the advancement of shared leadership, promote excellence in the workplace and strengthen leadership and business skills thru education and thought leadership so that women will be prepared to take on more challenging roles and responsibilities across the organization. To date over 1,000 associates have participated in workshops and enrichment activities held throughout the year. This year the WLI will sponsor seminars for Individual Contributors, Managers and Directors as well as Professional Development Lunch and Learn programs across Hologic’s diverse locations.
