We are pleased to introduce a new benefits program that combines the strengths of both the Hologic and Gen-Probe benefit programs and is market competitive within our industry. The new combined program provides you with greater choice and flexibility in the benefit offerings and fosters employee wellness and informed healthcare decisions.

This site provides you with everything you’ll need to be informed about your benefits so you can make the best decision for you and your family. It includes a variety of resources, like the Open Enrollment Guide, educational videos and a schedule for our employee information sessions as well as tools, like the medical plan comparator tool and many more resources from our benefits providers.

Here's what you should know:

  • Open Enrollment will take place May 15 through May 31.
  • The benefits you elect during this time will be effective July 1, 2013, through June 30, 2014.
  • You must enroll in order to receive medical, prescription, dental and vision coverage or if you want to participate in the Flexible Spending Accounts. If you do not enroll, you will not have healthcare coverage, effective July 1. Your only opportunity to enroll or make changes after the Open Enrollment period is when you have a qualifying life event, such as a marriage, divorce or the birth or adoption of your child.
