| Revisions to Travel and Entertainment Policy |

Over the last eight months, Hologic’s Travel Committee has been meeting with the goal of thoroughly reviewing and revamping the T&E Policy to better enhance the Traveler Experience. In unison with the new Concur Expense Integration, we have relaxed some key directives to benefit the traveler and simplified some mandates to increase the efficiency of the expense report process. You will receive an email requiring you to read the new policy and acknowledging its receipt.

| Highlights of New Policy |

The Daily Business Meal Allowance has increased to $100/daily from $60.
|
| • |
|
Alcohol in moderation will be an allowable expense.
|
| • |
|
Inclusion of GPS with a rental car will be reimbursable on all AVIS/BUDGET rentals.
|

|
Airline seat upgrades (e.g., extra legroom) will be allowed for all flights over 5 hours up to $100. You will need to book these upgrades via the airline’s websites and submit the receipt.

Business class will be allowed on all international flights of 8 hours or more in total flying time down from 10 hours.

|
Additional benefits, such as complimentary Wi-Fi, breakfast, and/or parking, will be included in many of our preferred hotel rates. |
