Dear Hologic Associates,
At the last Town Hall meeting, I introduced a new initiative to recognize employees who go beyond the expected and exemplify Hologic values. This award recognizes a Hologic associate, or team of associates, who have gone above and beyond the scope of their daily responsibilities, and demonstrated their commitment to excellence in the workplace and to exceeding expectations. Our company’s culture and values contribute to our success, and I am personally committed to the importance of recognizing individuals across the company who exemplify these characteristics.
The award recipient(s) will receive a cash bonus of $5,000 and will be recognized at the quarterly Town Hall meetings. I hope you will review the specific award criteria available via the link below and nominate someone you feel embodies what it means to be a CEO Award of Excellence recipient.
Our first recipient will be recognized at our May Town Hall Meeting. Submissions for are due by March 15th.
